Noted journalist Rafiqul Haque ‘Dadubhai’ no more
Ekushey Padak winning renowned journalist poet, dramatist, and dramatist Rafiqul Haque, a popularly referred to in the popular slang term "Dadubhai", has passed to the grave. He was 85. Rafiqul the deceased, who was suffering from the effects of old age passed away at his home in the Mugda area of the capital, around 11 am today, as reported by his family. He was the feature editor for the daily Jugantor and was able to return to work following the battle with the Covid-19 virus last year. However, he had been completely sick for the last six months. He also left behind the wife of his choice, 2 sons, one daughter, as well as many well-wishers in mourning his passing.
